Wesley joined Adler in 2024 as Leasing & Business Development Manager, where he is responsible for generating new business opportunities across property management, leasing, acquisitions, and investment sales. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Wesley leverages his market expertise and extensive network to drive the company’s growth and new developments.

Prior to joining Adler, Wesley served as the VP of Leasing and Acquisitions at a private equity real estate firm. Wesley was also a senior commercial broker, where he transacted in all commercial asset classes and led the Florida expansion for gopuff as their exclusive broker.

Wesley earned his degree in Management from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs and a Business Certificate from the Kelley School of Business in 2011.
