Through focused leasing and property management efforts, our team increased occupancy from approximately 77% to 92%, stabilizing the property in July 2024. Occupancy has continued to strengthen and is currently in the mid-90% range.

70% → 95%
Stabilized 2020
Following a period of vacancy, our team increased occupancy from approximately 70% to 95%, stabilizing the property in 2020. Since then, occupancy has remained in the 90% range, with waitlists maintained for select spaces.
