Maria Duarte is Property Manager for Adler’s Orlando and St. Petersburg properties and continues to assist in managing the Broward portfolio alongside Eric. With more than fifteen years of professional expertise, nine of which have been dedicated to property management, Maria is recognized for her strong operational skills, tenant-focused approach, and ability to manage diverse portfolios with care and precision.

Originally from Venezuela, she began her career in Argentina as both a residential and commercial property manager before relocating to Florida. Here, she oversaw more than 450 residential units across Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, gaining valuable experience in balancing day-to-day operations with long-term property goals.
