Maria Duarte is Assistant Property Manager for properties within Adler’s Broward and Central Florida portfolio, with fifteen years of professional expertise, of which nine have been concentrated in property management. Hailing from Venezuela, she initially served as a residential and commercial property manager in Argentina before relocating to Florida.  

Upon coming to the Sunshine State, Maria was entrusted with supervising an extensive assemblage of 450 residential units distributed across Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Maria is sentimentally devoted to the notion of social responsibility and governance as the resolution to many of society’s most pressing difficulties.
