Leah is a property management professional with more than seven years of experience in operations, leasing, client relations, and asset support within dynamic urban environments. Throughout her career, she has overseen properties ranging from historic buildings to new construction developments in markets including Portland, San Francisco, and St. Petersburg.

Leah has extensive experience in leasing strategy, contract administration, tenant relations, marketing coordination, event programming, and operational oversight. Known for her hospitality driven approach and strong relationship building skills, she is passionate about creating positive tenant experiences while supporting the long-term success of the properties and communities she serves.

Her accomplishments include being recognized as a top sales performer multiple years throughout her career, earning Rookie of the Year honors from the Multifamily Association, and receiving multiple Leasing Professional of the Year nominations. Leah is currently pursuing her Florida real estate license to continue expanding her expertise within the real estate industry.
