Gretel Vasquez joined Adler as Property Manager in November 2022, bringing with her over a decade of property management experience. In this role, Gretel is responsible for the management of properties within the Broward Portfolio, overseeing daily operations such as budgets, preventative maintenance, construction, and interior improvements for a total amount of 200k square feet. 

Gretel began her career in residential property management in San Diego, CA, taking on tasks such as collecting rents, handling maintenance requests, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, filling vacant units and providing owner reporting. Before joining Adler, Gretel moved towards the commercial real estate and property management field with her role at LeaseFlorida where she oversaw marketing, leasing, upgrades, and repairs of a 140k square foot office building near downtown Fort Lauderdale.
