Eric Corrales has been a part of the Adler team since 2018, serving as one of the Property Managers of the Broward and Central Florida Portfolio for Adler Properties. With a vast amount of experience in the market and a deep network of local vendors, Eric can act in the best interests of both owners and tenants. His responsibilities include preparing budgets, variance analysis, preventative maintenance, construction, and interior improvements for over 765k sq ft.  

Eric is currently enrolled in IREM’s Certified Property Management program to further capitalize on his professional experience.
