Elaine joined the Adler team in February 2018 as a Property Accountant and has since been promoted to Senior Portfolio Accountant in recognition of her performance and expanded responsibilities. In her current role, she oversees the full-cycle accounting for both Adler-owned and third-party managed properties throughout Florida, supporting a diverse portfolio across multiple markets.

Her responsibilities include financial reporting and analysis, account reconciliations, general ledger oversight, cash flow management, and the preparation of comprehensive monthly reporting packages to support ownership and management decision-making.

Prior to joining Adler, Elaine gained valuable experience in commercial real estate, escrow, and mortgage default. She brings over 15 years of accounting experience, with a strong foundation in real estate financial operations and process management.
