Elaine was welcomed to the Adler team in February 2018, accepting the role as Property Accountant. She oversees the accounting of property management, both Adler-owned and third-party, in the locations of Broward, Brevard, and Orange County in Florida. Some of her responsibilities include bookkeeping, reconciliation of accounts, preparation of financial statements/reporting packages, and cash flow management.  

Before her employment with Adler, Elaine worked in areas of commercial real estate, escrow, and mortgage default and has 15+ years of accounting experience.
