CARLOS RAMIREZ | CHIEF BUILDING ENGINEER
In 2017, Carlos Ramirez joined Adler and took a position as Building Engineer in the maintenance department. During his tenure, he diligently inspected South Florida properties in Kendall, Doral, and Miami Lakes. His exemplary knowledge, unwavering dedication and unstinting assistance to tenants earned him a promotion to Chief Building Engineer in January 2022. As Chief Building Engineer, he currently leads and oversees his maintenance team in the South Florida portfolio. His responsibilities include managing projects from start to finish, making sure equipment is installed correctly, and providing team members with proper training. Additionally, Carlos works closely with the VP of Operations to manage building construction projects.
Before joining the Adler team, Carlos worked as an electrician for Remodeling Interiors Corp, where he was responsible for commercial and residential electrical projects. Carlos was also employed at Entellegence, where he took charge of low voltage installations on commercial properties and provided computer support as a self-employed, low voltage specialist.
Carlos graduated in Cuba as a Turner Mechanical Milling, got his Electricity Technician Diploma from CBT College and he obtained a Network Support Administration Certificate at The English Center, Miami FL. As part of his continuing education, he has completed The Design, Operation and Maintenance of Building Systems, Part I & II trainings from BOMI and currently taking Fundamentals of Facilities Management training.
