In 2026, Brooke Spano joined Adler Properties as a valued member of the team, bringing a strong background in organization, financial coordination, and administrative support. In her role, Brooke focuses primarily on accounts receivable responsibilities, assisting with tenant billing, payment processing, financial tracking, and office operations to help ensure the smooth day-to-day management of the properties. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and strong work ethic have quickly made her a dependable resource for both tenants and colleagues.

Brooke earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, majoring in Criminal Justice and Social Work, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. During her time at FAU, she was also an active member of the Sigma Delta Tau sorority. Through her experience at Adler, Brooke has developed a growing passion for the commercial real estate industry and looks forward to continuing her professional growth in accounting and property management.
