In May 2015, Barbara Delgado joined Adler and currently serves as the firms Assistant Controller.  Barbara’s responsibilities include overseeing cash flows, preparing monthly financial statements, compiling annual budgets, reviewing corporate regulations, and supervising AR and AP functions.  

Prior to this role she served as a Property Accountant and was quickly promoted to Senior Corporate Accountant. As a Senior Corporate Accountant, Barbara was responsible for managing day-to-day accountancy matters. Before coming to Adler, she served as Senior Property Manager for IMC Property Management & Maintenance, Inc., overseeing the management and bookkeeping related to the 1.2M square feet of retail properties. 

Barbara has extensive knowledge in the commercial and multi-family real estate field, having worked within it for over two decades. Barbara has been serving as a Notary Public of Florida since 2001.
