In November 2022, Ashley joined Adler as an Assistant Property Manager for the Miami-Dade portfolio, supporting the day-to-day management of Adler’s expansive real estate holdings in and around Miami-Dade. In August 2025, she was promoted to Property Manager for Miami Lakes Office Center and Adler’s newest portfolio addition, Sunset Oaks, while continuing to serve as Assistant Property Manager for Office Park at MICC.

Prior to joining Adler, Ashley had a long and distinguished career in healthcare, during which she served as a Community Affairs Representative for Memorial Healthcare, an esteemed system of public healthcare. Ashley brings a well-developed knowledge of business administration and community affairs to her role.

She is committed to building on her skills in real estate and property management and is currently studying for her real estate exam.
