JESUS GONZALEZ | LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
In 2022, Adler welcomed Jesus as the Lead Maintenance Technician for the Broward portfolio. As part of his role, he is responsible for preserving and enhancing tenant relations, overseeing physical plant maintenance, major capital projects, and optimizing asset value by reducing costs and improving efficiency. Additionally, he oversees tenant improvements, conducts routine inspections to ensure vacant spaces are well-maintained and secure, and supervises related operations.
Before joining Adler, Jesus served as President and Lead Technician for Rapid Maintenance since April 2014. In this role, he oversaw a team of skilled laborers from various trades and ensured the timely completion of projects for residential and commercial properties.
Jesus also managed the day-to-day operations related to maintenance tasks and was responsible for maintaining the grounds. He actively scheduled and performed preventative maintenance programs to facilitate proper functioning of the properties. Jesus possesses exceptional technical capabilities and specialized knowledge in an array of fields, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, drywall installation, plastering, stucco restoration, painting, flooring, and fire safety measures.
