Before joining Adler, Paula managed multimillion-dollar residential and commercial assets throughout South Florida and Los Angeles. She is known for revitalizing underperforming properties, often increasing occupancy rates from below 70% to full capacity within tight timeframes, while implementing operational improvements and value-add strategies. In addition, she is the founder of BVLY, a boutique marketing and business development agency that supports entrepreneurs and real estate professionals across Florida.

Paula holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Legal Studies and is a licensed Florida REALTOR®. Fluent in English and Spanish, with basic proficiency in Mandarin, she brings a global perspective and a strong foundation in financial oversight, client relations, and property operations.
