Eric Corrales has been part of the Adler team since 2018 and now serves as Senior Property Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio across Broward, Central Florida, and multiple out-of-market assets. His leadership has grown to encompass properties that require specialized attention beyond Adler’s core markets, where he successfully manages the complexities of varying ownership structures, tenant needs, and vendor relationships.

With extensive industry experience and a strong network of local and regional vendors, Eric consistently acts in the best interests of both owners and tenants. His responsibilities include preparing budgets, conducting variance analysis, overseeing preventative maintenance programs, managing construction projects, and coordinating interior improvements across more than 765,000 square feet.

Dedicated to advancing his professional expertise, Eric is currently enrolled in IREM’s Certified Property Manager (CPM) program, further strengthening his ability to deliver value through strategic property management and operational excellence.
