MARIBEL FIGUEROA | PROPERTY MANAGER
Maribel Figueroa joined Adler in August of 1998 and currently serves as Property Manager of our Dade County managed properties where she currently fulfils her daily tasks along with interacting with tenants and vendors. Her extensive experience in customer service and management makes her an excellent addition to the Adler management team.
Prior to this role she assisted as our Administrative/Leasing Assistant after receiving her associate in business administration from Miami Dade Community College. She handled aiding the Property/Assistant Manager in the daily duties of the office. Also, worked side-by-side with the Leasing Director in completing lease agreement, extensions and ensuring the complete packages were sent to Landlord for signature. She adheres to tenant work order requests and makes sure that the maintenance staff complete them promptly. Also, helping in any area necessary within the office gave her the opportunity to learn accounting and managerial experience.
In May 2015, she transferred to the corporate headquarters and was given the role of Property Accountant, where she worked in close collaboration with the controller and our CFO Tina Spano. Her daily tasks focused on the completion of the monthly financials for a series of South Florida properties and development projects. In June 2017, she was relocated back to the Doral properties and promoted to Assistant Property Manager, assisting Van Antle, VP of Operations, in his daily office duties.
