VAN ANTLE | VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Van L. Antle, RPA, CGC is the Vice President of Operations at Adler Properties and acts as the overseeing entity for all property management. His responsibilities include assessing the current industry trends and practices against Adler’s portfolio, devising, and rolling out strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize cost, and sustaining the prolonged life cycle of infrastructure. He is committed to maintaining the optimal operation of each property and amplifying the overall value of the portfolio. From 2005 through 2022, Van stood as Adler’s Miami-Dade Property Manager, managing 800,000 square feet of commercial real estate in the Miami area.
Prior to joining Adler, Van was highly esteemed for his roles as Vice President of Facility Management at the Design Center of the Americas in Dania Beach, Florida, and Director of Facility Operations at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Moreover, he served for Clark & Biondi Company in a Senior Property Management position. Van has been awarded various honors to recognize the impact of his work, such as BOMA’s Office Building of the Year (TOBY), Broward County’s Beautification Special Recognition, American Institute of Architects Gold Medal awards, City of Fort Lauderdale Community Appearance awards, as well as commendations from the Florida Landscape Critics Council.
Van has a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida International University in Miami. He holds a real estate broker’s license, is a member of The Building Owners and Managers of Greater Miami-Dade and is an RPA (Real Property Administrator) designated individual; additionally, Van has also been conferred with a Florida Certified General Contractor certification.
