Phil Greenbaum


Phil Greenbaum is the Director of Business Development for Adler Properties, where he is responsible for procuring new properties and management relationships with existing property owners to ensure the availability of services in the realms of property management, accounting, and leasing. Before this role, Greenbaum was property manager for a tenure of 15 years, managing 750,000 square feet of property across North Miami-Dade and Broward County. Furthermore, he took charge of the leasing of these properties. 

Phil joined Adler in 1998 after eight years with International Fisheries where he exercised his leadership and negotiation skills to develop and grow business initiatives throughout Europe, Asia, and South America. In fact, he successfully tripled the company’s profits. 

Following the successful completion of his Bachelors’ in Accounting and Finance from Marietta College, Ohio, Greenbaum started his career at Harborside Terminal in Jersey City, New Jersey as a Controller. His exemplary work ethic and capability were quick to be acknowledged and within ten years he rose to the post of President and Chief Executive Officer. After moving to Florida, Greenbaum invested his time and energy in running two successful restaurants in South Florida.
